2. Membership Terms

Membership is subject to a minimum commitment period as specified in your chosen plan. All membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due on the first day of each billing cycle. Late payments may result in suspension of membership access.

4. Cancellation Policy

Memberships may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the membership period.

5. Health and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to participate in our programs. Please consult your physician before starting any exercise program.

6. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to treat staff and fellow members with respect. We reserve the right to terminate membership for inappropriate behavior.

7. Liability Waiver

Fit360Club is not liable for injuries sustained during workouts. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Fit360Club and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
